There are a couple of ways to get the XmlPL compiler.

1) The XmlPL Builder Package

Download the XmlPL Builder Package from SourceForge. Then follow the directions on the Install page to build from source.

2) Install the Debian binary packages

2) Use Subversion & Build From Source

This method is the most difficult but is the best way to keep up on the latest bleeding edge version of the XmlPL compiler tools. See Subversion.
